    Secure bicycle storage is provided on the ground floor. Card access and CCTV cameras ensure your bicycle is secure at all times.

Views are enjoyed from most floors in the building. In particular, the north side of the building offers views of the water and the mountains. Other parts of the building offer views of the historic Marine Building, Credit Foncier building and the Vancouver Club.

    Well appointed private shower rooms are located on various floors. Whether you are commuting by bike, go for a run at lunch time, or change before heading out for dinner, the building is well prepared to accommodate your needs.


    A well appointed boardroom seating 14 persons is available for use by tenants of the building. The room is equipped with high end furniture and modern audio visual equipment.


    File storage rooms are located in the basement level. These storage rooms range in size from 50 to 500 square feet. Access to the basement level is restricted to authorized users. Storage rooms are built with solid walls, steel doors, and commercial-grade locks.
