The Owner is the Manager.
Our company owns and manages several retail and office buildings in the Vancouver area. Through its affiliates, the company has been active in commercial real estate in Vancouver since 1987.
The owner is the manager — We manage the buildings we own. Our tenants deal directly with the owner — there is no third party management company or absentee owner. We are on site at each of our properties on a daily basis.
